Zucchini and Lentil Creamy Angel Hair Pasta

Creamy? With Soy Milk.

A lots of sauteed onions with plenty of olive oil, fresh zucchini, and lentils.  Seasoned with vegetable broth with soy milk and white wine.   Mixed up with angel hair pasta.  A nice summery flavor.
